Update your customer information!

All our customers must provide their customer information – both private individuals and companies. We get in touch in various ways and through different channels (email, letter or SMS) to ask those who have not yet been able to provide customer information to do so immediately.

As a private person, the easiest way to submit customer information is to:

  • register your information in our app - if you do not have the Eurocard app you can download it here, AppStore / Google Play or
  • log in to My Eurocard on our website
